bearbeitet für Viola da Gamba von Paolo Pandolfo. Pandolfos Gambentranspositionen der Bach’schen Cello-Suiten sind legendär, nachdem seine CD bei Glossa (GCD P30405) ein großer Erfolg wurde. Diese Bearbeitung ist einerseits „100 %“ gambistisch und andererseits enthüllt sie großteils Bachs verborgene Polyphonie. Die Edition empfindet den Notensatz der Marais-Handschrift nach, eine wunderbare Kombination aus Eleganz und praktischer Vernunft, was dem Kalligraphen Mauro Zennaro in mühevoller Handarbeit beeindruckend gelang. Entstanden ist eine einmalige Edition mit einem Appendix, wo beispielhaft die 6 Sarabanden variiert wurden, was wiederum auch für Cellisten interessant ist. (102 Seiten)
